The London College Legacy

The College founded in 1954 as London Tutors in Coventry, offering private tuition for 11-Plus, GCSEs, and A-Levels, later relocated to Manchester and Letchworth. In 1985 renamed London College and began offering vocational business courses in Fulham. In 1988, the college partnered with City University, California, offering American degrees in a wide range of majors. By 1992, it moved to NHG. In 1995, The College renamed The London College, UCK incorporated and chartered in Iowa and later expanded its chartership to Louisiana and Alabama. Following UKBA’s establishment in 2008, the college gradually phased out the American degree provisions and focused on HND/HNC programs and validated a wide range of subject majors at postgraduate Master Diploma (level 7) with Ascentis. In 2013, the College partnered with the University of Derby, enhancing its present academic degree provisions.
